What is sublimation?

• The artwork is printed on a sheet of heat resistant paper with a sublimation printer.
• The ink used by the printer is formulated to react to the high heat and pressure administered by a sublimation heat press.
• In the Heat press, the dye is released from the sheet as a gas and the print is absorbed by the material.
• Once the transfer is complete, the print is locked into the finished product permanently.

Why sublimation?

• Printing does not crack or fade.
• No limitation on your design. Anything is possible from simple shapes and colours to blends, shadows and photographic images.
• Logos, names, numbers and sponsors can be included in the design in full colour. No extra charges apply.
• Can be more cost effective than panelled garments with the additional costs of embroidery, numbers, lettering and screen-printing, especially where a lot of logos are used.
